WP adding backslashs '\' to my text

    Hey all,

    I’ve added a text box to the posts screen so that I can add some bespoke content, but when ever I save WordPress is adding a backslash ‘\’ to the front of quotes ‘”‘, meaning that any link or quote that I try to put in there text there is screwed up.

    Does anybody know how I can stop this behaviour?
