wp-activate the user cannot activate the account

  • Hi!

    I use multisite. When a user register a new account, he/she is getting an email. The link is in the email, but when the user press that link, he gets to the adress below:

    mypage.php/wp-activate?ACTIVATION_CODE_FROM_THE_MAIL

    But, the start page / the theme, is showing and the user account does not get activated.
    Do you have any idea why?
