WP 6.1.1 + WP Engine – Imagify stopped processing the images

    Hi,

    After the core upgrade to 6.1.1, the images stopped processing.
    There is no JS or PHP error reported from the plugin, so not sure how we could troubleshoot this. We are using an infinite account type and tested with 1.10.0, then with 2.0 (we upgraded to see if the issue can be replicated in the most recent version too).

    Is this something you can check and confirm that you can also replicate the same behavior and perhaps assist with a fix in that case?

    We didn’t notice any problem specifically related to v6+ of WP or WP Engine in general, so I hope it’s just a temporary/specific problem.

    Hi Marko,

    The issue was sorted out, it was a security filter on our end that prevented temporarily the proper communication with the Imagify API. Just letting you know that this is working as expected and there was no actual error with the Imagify plugin.
