WP 6.1.1 Translatepress broken, stuck at Strings Loading

    Console throwing a admin-ajax.php 403 error and tested on multiple servers with fresh installation, tested multiple default themes with the same issue.

    Environment:
    – No security plugin, Cloudflare set to 100% allow for wp-admin path and even whitelisted IP. No other plugins except Translatepress and Hello-dolly (disabled).
    – Tested on Twenty-Twenty-One and Twenty-Twenty-Two theme

    The spinner keeps loading and left panel is frozen (unable to selected) with “Loading Strings…”

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    Try to use the “Disable dynamic translation” on your website from Advanced and see if the problem disappears.

    The TranslatePress trp-ajax.php file might be blocked by yuor host configuration. Try to ask your host about this issue.

    It’s also possible that your host server configuration doesn’t allow TranslatePress to perform a direct database connection. In this case, install this plugin to switch to a WordPress native approach. The only drawback is that on some large websites it can be a bit slower to translate front-end dynamic texts. https://translatepress.com/download/1151690/
