Hello! I’m really hoping this won’t be a case of 2 plugin authors both telling me it’s not their issue, and to contact the other one ??

    https://corellia-cleaning.mrfent.com/

The popup is triggered when you click “Get a Quote”. It works great on desktop, but when you adjust your browser width to activate the mobile menu, it no longer works correctly since updating to WP 5.1. With the mobile menu expanded, when you click “Get a Quote”, the popup does get triggered, but you don’t see it because it’s still set to “display:none;” (both the overlay and the actual popup div) and when this is occurring, you can’t scoll down the page, it appears as if the screen is frozen. When you click anywhere on the page, it dismisses the popup (because I have Click Overlay to Close” option enabled) and then I can start scrolling again. I have performed all of your troubleshooting steps. Part of the issue is because the menu that you see if part of the Beaver Builder plugin, and they use some javascript to expand and collapse the mobile menu. It seems that the javascript is affecting the display:none/display:block of the popup. I contacted beaver builder, and they had me install the “Enable jQuery Migrate Helper” plugin, and revert back to a legacy version of jQuery. When I did this, the issue gets fixed. So then they said to contact you and let you know that your popup plugin is having an issue with the latest version of jQuery 3.5.1.

    Hi @mrfent37

Thank you for getting in touch!

I’m sorry to hear you’re having this trouble on your site. I checked your site and I was able to see that the popup doesn’t display on mobile view. Could you please check if Disable this popup on mobile devices is not enabled on the popup settings – Targeting tab. If it is enabled, kindly uncheck the option. In case you have cache plugins or server cache/CDN, kindly clear its cache and test the page using an incognito window.

Hope that helps. If your issue is resolved please take a moment to rate and review the plugin.
If you still need help please message us directly at https://wppopupmaker.com/support/

Disable on mobile is not enabled. Please thoroughly read my explanation. There are several other people on this support forum who are experiencing similar issues. The problem is with jQuery 3.5.1. You have a major issue going on here.

I’ll be happy to consider this resolved once you update the plugin so that it doesn’t require special CSS to fix the issue.
