WP 5.2.2: Sidebars no longer show up due to “technical difficulties”

I love Sidebar Manager and have around 25 sidebars.
With WP 5.2.2 update only one sidebar shows up in the admin area plus the message: “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions”. The frontend is still working fine.Error details in the email

An error of the type E_ERROR was caused in line 142 of the file /home/…/public_html/…/wp-content/plugins/sidebar-manager/classes/class-bsf-sb-post-type.php.
Error message: Uncaught Error: Class ‘Astra_Target_Rules_Fields’ not found in /home/…/public_html/…/wp-content/plugins/sidebar-manager/classes/class-bsf-sb-post-type.php:142Do you have any idea?

I could see some console error on your site, here is the screenshot: https://bit.ly/2TMA4tb.
Further, I have tested our plugin on our site and its working fine with the latest WordPress version.
Would you mind opening a support ticket if the issue still persists?
