WP 4.3 Upgrade and RQS Cause WP Editor Error

First, thank you for this plugin – it has improved our page loading time. However, it appears there is a conflict with the latest WP editor. I do not know if this is specific to our install or a more general issue.
Here is what we know:
Running WP 4.3
Genesis Framework v2.2.0 with Child Theme
RQS v 1.1The editor does not load properly (page or post)and the Visual/Text tabs appear as buttons on left. They are not active. You cannot type into the text field. This happens when trying to edit and existing post or add a new post. See https://www.coreography.com/wp-media/editor.jpg
When I deactivate RQS, the editor returns to normal.
I am not sure how to troubleshoot, but I did find an older post that suggest that the editor may be calling a version number. I do not know if this is really the culprit but am sharing it just in case:
