WP 4.1 Editor is not working properly

Are you sure you’re using the Text editor tab and not the Visual editor tab?

Did you upgrade from an earlier version of WordPress? If so, from which version?

This is assuming that your editor was working before.

If so, you can try rolling back, and then repeat the upgrade; just in case you have some corrupted files

Hm, that’s odd. It should allow almost anything.

Try downloading WordPress again and delete then replace your copies of everything except the wp-config.php file and the /wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download. This will effectively replace all of your core files without damaging your content and settings. Some uploaders tend to be unreliable when overwriting files, so don’t forget to delete the original files before replacing them.

not to hijack your thread but my text tab isnt working also,it was working fine last week,i have 4.1 also
