WP 4.0–de_DE Enclosure no longer working

    After updating to 4.0 I found that the Enclosure character is no longer working. I chanegd it from ” to “” or #, but it always is being displayed as a character in the output page now. This way I ca not use cell content that includes a comma (or other typical character used as delimiter).

    Is this a known bug or more likely a plugin conflict? I can’t think of any plugin installed that would break the Enclosure functionality totally.

    Currently every comma is treated as a cell delimiter, regardless of being embedded in Enclosure characters or not.
