    Hello,

Unfortunately we have only tested this version on WordPress v4.5 and later. Version 4.3 is not supported, sorry!

Hello, I got the HTTP 500 error today when updating to the last version.

Anybody else had this problem ?

I fear to update on other websites.

To access the dashboard I had to rename your plugin folder name by FTP.

Can you ell me what I should do now ? Should I try to re-install it from the dashboard ? Or should I download it and upload the files manually ?

I have tried to rename the plugin folder as it was, but then the website crashes again, so I am sure that the problem is caused by your plugin.

I also understand that the problem could be caused by my specific install.

    Thank you for your help.

I solved the problem deleting th plugin folder.

Me too, but this plugin is the best and there is nothing better available, so it’s important to make it work.

Sorry for the error, it was not caused by 4.3.3 but by missing files from the latest version.

The files have been added to version 2.4 and it has replaced version 2.3, so sorry for the headache!!

Sorry, do you know what I should do now ? download the plugins and put the new files in the FTP directory ?

yes, normal setup of the 2.4 version.

Ok I have downloaded the files and uploaded via FTP, then activated plugin again, and it works, thank you so much for your quick support.

You’re welcome, sorry again for the trouble. The whole point of the plugin is to SAVE you time, not cause you to waste it poking around in plugin files! :-/
