WP 3.8.1 = minor function error

This plugin still works for me, but the “Display Text” checkbox, which used to just turn the marquee on/off, no longer works in WP 3.8.1. I have to erase/empty the marquee text to ‘turn if off’. Not a big problem, but still an error.
