WP 3.8 Pages Taking Forever to Load

I am getting desperate for a solution. My site pages are now taking 45 seconds to 1 min to load. This occurs on both the site pages and the admin pages. This is after having everything ran smoothly after switching over about a month ago to v 3.8. Seems like something has changed.

I have spent a day and a half between the Geek Squad, verizon, and hostgator pinging this and that, resetting routers, tracing routes, checking PHP versions on the host account, blah blah. Mostly, they end up pointing the fingers at each other and the problem persists. I have also updated and disabled all plugins, reinstalled 3.8, and updated all software on the PC. Still takes a minute.

It is odd that this only happens with my WP sites. All other sites load fast on my computers. Also strange is that other people not at my IP address can open the site quickly: https://b2bresourceteam.com.

Does anyone have any ideas what I should do next? I would really appreciate it if you could help. Because it takes forever to get loaded, I can no longer afford the time it takes to work on my site.
