WP 3.8 BP 1.9.1 problem

Hello,
on my test page at localhost, with fresh instance of WP 3.8 and BP 1.9.1 I can see activity posts as guest (not logged in) even if my user (Subscriber) has selected that only logged users can see them.
Active theme: Twenty Twelve
Am I doing something wrong or it is just a bug?
