Here is the link to a Picture of backend

    website: https://flyfishingtrout.org

I don’t know what i did to cause this, It just showed up one day. Has anyone seen anything like this? I have uploaded a new instance of WP, I have renamed .htaccess to see if the issue was there, I have also disabled all plugins with no effect on the issue. Any ideas?

  • Have you tried disabling all plugins and switching to default theme?

Turn off the Cloudflare CDN temporarily, clear all server cache, clear local browser cache.

If not that, then rename the whole plugins folder to old-plugins (via FTP or host provided file management tool) to rule out an issue with plugins.

If not that, ensure an unedited default theme (2014) is uploaded to the /wp-content/themes/ folder and then rename all the rest to old-theme_folder_name.

At this point you are at a default WP install. Run site and login to see if issue is gone.

Yes, i have tried 2012, 2013, and a few others I previously used. Disabling all plugins had no effect. Thanks for your reply

@pioneer Valley Web Design, I tried all of your suggestions with no change.Any more ideas? I appreciate your responses.

I once had a partly screwed up blog admin, and fixed it by creating myself a new admin username, with the same admin rights, and the new admin username didn’t have the issue. Try that ?

Otherwise, it woukd take longer, you can try deleting wordpress, and reinstalling.

    – you will NOT lose any of your own data, neither your media, your theme, the options you ticked, or the stuff you wrote

    – using an FTP client, you just have to go to (blog’s root folder) and delete the two wp-admin and wp-includes folders, and replace them with the versions offered by the wordpress.zip offered from the homepage of www.remarpro.com
Also, delete all the files (not folders; files) present in the root of your blog’s directory, except for wp-config.php and, if there is one, .htaccess

    – you can make a backup of your blog’s file (just download everything to a local folder) if you like, it never hurts to have a backup. But that step isn’t even necessary, your database is elsewhere with your web host, while your uploads are in a folder you didn’t delete, wp-content.

There’s a chance reinstalling wordpress may have fixed your issue.
