WP 3.7.1 RC-2 and Olders First Installing Password

    Hi,
    I see this bug from 3.6. That’s very annoying.
    I install wp and create first user(root,admin). And enter a my password. My password has special char. >> (‘) << bug see with special chars. I tested with has not special char passwords.
    I saw this bug new WP(3.7.1 RC-2) and sorry ??
