Wp 3.6 Autosave issue

In WP 3.6 and 3.6.1, the new autosave get stuck and makes it impossible to save or publish the new content. This does not happen with default theme, so I guess it’s a theme related problem. Looking for a solution, I found some blog and forum that confirm that it is a problem of some themes with new 3.6 release, and suggest to disable the autosave so long as the theme will be updated to resolve the problem. But it is a risky choice.
So:
-does anyone know how to fix it?
or
-is One Design planning a theme update to fix this?

I temporarily disabled the autosave, but if the problem persists I will be forced, with regret, to move to other theme ??
