WP 3.3.2 and Kimili Problem

Hi there! I just upgraded to WP 3.3.2 and as soon as I did, my swf file in my header through Kimili Flash Embed stopped working. I deleted the plugin for now and replaced my header with a static one…but cannot get rid of code showing up in the header. Here is a link to the site in case someone can help! Thanks in advance!
