WP 3.1 Category doesn't work and redirects to homepage

    After the installation of WordPress 3.1 on my 3 blogs (each one with a different theme) the links to category page don’t work!!!
    I have mod_rewrite active, the htaccess is accessible and updated by the new installation.
    But when I click on mysite.com/category/news the url in the browser is ok, but the page loaded is always the HOMEPAGE!!!!!

    Please, help me, this is destroying my SEO!!!!!!!!!!!!!
