[wp 3.0] Registration has been disabled.

  • hi, i gave a try to multisite.
    I did everything necessary to get it working [edited wp-config, created nwtork, edited wp-config+.htaccess] and at the end i get a message in homepage:

    Registration has been disabled.

    :-/

  • super admin > options > Allow new registrations

    Looks like you have the registration page set to the home page as well.

    Go double-check that you did all the steps correctly.

    i did those steps twice. i’ll try to re-install everything

    Andrea_r: I have the same problem as gighen.. when i try to access my homepage https://www.tjelle.net, i get a message saying “Registration has been disabled” And when i try to enable registration, i get a registration page instead of the main page. If i re-enter the site with the same session, the page opens as normal. Hpw can i change the homepage beeing the registration page?

    Could anyone help me out here please?! (Looks like there are more users out there that struggles with this)

    When I access your homepage it looks as it should.

    Watch the address bar in your browser – when you see the registration page, is the URL changing as well?
