WP 2.8.4 config.php is missing ?>

    This afternoon I downloaded 2.8.4 and was editing the config.php file.
    I noticed that the last ?> was missing.

    I am used to work with 2.7.1 and am hesitating to use 2.8.4 due to this.

    Is this supposed to be like that in 2.8.4 ? Did I miss something?
