WP 2.0.1: Error Accessing “Awaiting Moderation” page

I have 168 comments awaiting moderation (mostly spam, I can see from the comment section) but I can’t get to the queue to manage it.

When I click manage/awaiting moderation, I get different behaviour depending on the browser:
a) Firefox – craps out, opens an infinite an ever increasing number of tabs
b) Konqueror –
An error occurred while loading https://myblog.com/wp-admin/moderation.php:
Connection to host myblog.com is broken.

What’s going on here? How do I debug this?
