WP 2.0 Issues (admin capabilities and animated gifs)

I understand the user levels options has changed and now there are a lot fewer user categories. Anyways, I have 3 administrators (including myself) on my blog. We used to be level 7 (pre WP 2.0) and it was good since we couldn’t see each other’s drafts but now with 2.0 making us all administrators we can see each other posts. I don’t want us to have this capability. Also, is there a way to make it so that a post author (including an administrator) cannot edit the comments of their own posts? I understand that as admin you should be able to do ‘everything’ but I want to customize what they can and can’t do in regards to editing posts. Also, animated gifs don’t seem to be working in the upload tab.. will this be fixed? thanks for any help.
