Since v1.4.6, the support staff have either been too inundated with cries for broken gallery web pages or they have been reduced in number. After waiting a week for help, the support staff simply updated my customer’s website to use v1.4.6 (which failed a LOT of websites, and was also the reason I complained about this version) and asked me to now check it.
Upon responding in horror, when I insisted they restore the site, I was ignored. The next version was release v.1.4.7 and that version did NOTHING to fix the issue either.
At the start of using this plugin, the support staff were quick to respond and fix, but not this time, thus my review being reduced to 3 stars from 5 stars.
