    you give no support. we have messaged you countless times. so we are left in frustration because we thought it was a good plugin, but there’s bugs, no support! no one to help!
    left to try to figure it out and we have been developing for over 20 years and this is just a another plugin that the developer is making $$ but gives no support. we are going back to our old trusty rather than being ghosted for days before the 14 days refund time period runs ot.. Gotta admit pretty smooth! we are going to go to our bank and get our money back!

    I apologize for your bad experience with us, trust me we have no intention to avoid giving support. On the contrary we even try to give quick response to our lite version customer too.

    Reason we probably could not reply earlier could be due to heavy flow of emails and your email may have missed unintentionally Or another reason for the delay can be timezone difference.

    So, will reply you quickly as possible or you can post new message on contact form too. Regarding refund too, there is no need to go to your bank and waste your time. If you will not be happy with plugin then we would issue refund without any hassle. Even if for some reason delay happened in our reply then also we will count date when you originally left message.
