Wow! – Am I in the right place – Where do you post if you need support?

Hi.
I think I have spent about an hour or so looking through this forum for a link to something that says “post your support query” or “post new thread” or anything and hopefully I have finally found it.

I’d just like to check that this is it?
I’ve read quickly through the how-to’s etc and FAQ’s don’t cover my queries so in trying to find the right place to post my question, this became my main goal in life.

Can someone please point me in the right direction.
