Thanks God I found Shipping Distance Matrix . It is simple and does what it says. If you need to Calculate Distance based delivery charges as at https://www.privatebakery.com, search no further and install this plugin.
I have been using paid plugin “WooCommerce Distance Rate Shipping”. That plugin was full of bugs. Just deleted it
