Hi @kimberleypenamon !
I’ve been looking into this, and many of the reviews indicate 5’s (good) or 1’s (bad) with no middle ground. This indicates that there may be environmental issues at play, and so working on testing those and the versions that were in use at that time.
One of the main uses of the plugin as seen in the forum is for disabling plugins and/or themes on a site, but without the users of the site seeing this, on the front end.
In cases where the site is already compromised, it is difficult to ascertain for sure that it is Health Check that has created an additional issue on the site.
The FAQ’s here also point to some additional steps that can be taken if you run into issues, after troubleshooting mode is enabled.
The plugin continues to be useful for testing.
To make sure that I understand, you rated the plugin, although you hadn’t used it ?
Have you, since, had a chance to use it ?
