    Hi there,

I don’t see where you define the difference between the free plugin and the pro plugin. You give a link to the pro features but I don’t see the differences. Would you mind spelling out on the description page whether the features you have on that page are for the free version or the pro version?

Thanks and sorry if I am a little slow on this, but I do wish to know the differences.

    Hi there,

Please go to this page, you’ll see all pro only features there!

So what you are saying is the description page for this free version has only the free version features? That is what I want to know at this point.

    Hi again,

No, these are full features that this plugin have.
From these features, we have given separate list for pro only features on our site.

I know this is different technique but it is helpful for people getting all possible features at the same time. Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

Yes, I am familiar with that marketing approach. Don’t like it. It’s confusing and discouraging for people who believe the description on the www.remarpro.com site is for the free plugin.

I personally wouldn’t purchase your pro version due to that tactic. Something to think about if you want to convert your visitors.

The reason this is an issue is pretty simple. You have a long list on the description page and you have a long list on your site. Going through both of those lists to determine the limitations of the free plugin is an excessive expectation of those checking out your plugins.

You never give a clear picture of the limitations of the free plugin. Not very consumer friendly, from a consumer point of view.

Don’t be sorry for the inconvenience caused to me. Be sorry for the potential loss of market share to you. It’s a poor marketing tactic.

    Hi again,

Frankly speaking I/We are not marketing expert, we are developers only and this is only place where we place our products for market.

Also, it not something like we use this technique to cheat customers (I must say it is our marketing limitation) as people like whatever we develop in this plugin.

We’ll definitely consider your suggestions to improve our market appearance in near future!

    Thank you!

That’s all I suggest. Consider those who are trying to figure out what you are offering in the free version. Then let them experience that and then want more with your pro version.

Your intent may not be the same as the message being sent. That’s why I pointed it out to you. I do wish you continued success with it. I just think you could do better.

    Cheers!
