Would you add cron support, please?

Hi, this is fantastic plugin and I love it! However, I was wondering if you would be willing to add a new feature: trigger re-generation of thumbnails and allow to run it using WordPress built-in cron job system. I have more than 40 GB of pictures and therefore I would have to leave the conversion running in the browser for weeks.
It would be also cool if the plugin would be able to move all the images from wp-uploads to wp-uploads/year/month/day folders based on their date. I know it’s a lot, but it would make your plugin even more popular. I’d be happy to help with some of the development.
