• I purchased this plugin and installed it as a trial. I found it lacking several features and experienced some bugs. When I contacted the developer to request a refund, I was denied. Beware.

    I’ve switched to SupportCandy and couldn’t be happier.

    While you requested a refund, we were unable to do so because the transaction was made over two months ago and we have a 14-day refund policy. You posted several queries, and we attempted to respond to all of them. It’s regrettable that you didn’t contact us regarding any of your concerns throughout the return period.
