Would Love To Have Post Cards or Greeting Cards On My WordPress Site

  • I have been searching online for the past hour trying to find a greeting card, postcard, ecard type plugin for WordPress and I have not been able to find anything related.

    I think it would be so fun to let visitors send free postcards to their friends.

    Does anyone know if there is a plugin of this kind anywhere?

  • Make a new Category on your blog, call it “Send A Free Postcard!”

    Write a New Post… insert the image of your first postcard.

    Install a plugin for “Email this post”. There are several options, for example WP-Email

    That should allow the reader to add their own message along with the email, that will contain a link to the post, or the post (and image) itself.

    Would that suit?

    Dgold that actually isn’t a bad idea, but what I was thinking that it would be something that works like all the big ecard sites…. you find a pic, fill out a form with your message and the reciever gets a message with a link in the email to the card on your site…. the idea being that they have to actually go to the page on your site to view the message………. I can’t believe nobody has made a plugin for this lol.

    blepoxp that plugin looks like what I’ve been looking for. I’m gonna give it a whirl on a new site I’m putting together.
