Would like to Poll my Viewers But Can't

I am trying to simply take a poll of my viewers something akin to what sorts of movies they would like to see more of. For instance I do a lot of asiam movies, I would like to know if they would like to see more or less asian reviews. I’ve tried using the Polls button on the side of the screen but don’t seem to get anywhere. Is there something I need to download or what am I doing wrong. I know this may be a simple question but any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, JPFmovies
