Would like to have captions automatically turned on

I’d like my YouTube videos to automatically show the captions, which can be done by adding cc_load_policy=1 to the query string. I’d like to set this in the plug-in but could use some guidance as to where to stick it before I break something. ?? (Also, could we have the option to set this in a future version?)
