Would like to be paid customer but get PHP error

I have installed this program but every time I try to activate it I get the following error:

I have deactivated all other plugins and reinstalled UM. Same problem. I am using the twenty sixteen theme, but the same thing happened on twenty fifteen. I have also deleted all other plugins that may conflict with UM.
