Would like to add banner under the site header banner, please help

  • Hi,

    I would like to add the long banner under my site banner (the orange head banner)here, https://www.buddhabucha.net, How can I do that?

    The new banner should be under the top page menu.

    I use:
    wordpress version: 3.4.2
    theme: AdStyle, author: Gordon French, (provided on wordpress dashboard).

    Can you please advise how can I do this.
