Would like to add a splash page?

    I’m curious if there is any way to do this… I have the blog set up and running great now, I was hoping to add a different “index.htm” page that would be a splash page about the blog. Then, clicking on the splash image, the blog loads. By simply adding the index.htm page into to my root directory, it appeared to work fine, however, when I click on any of the “page” links, it takes me back to the index.htm splash page instead of the actual pages contents? Any thoughts on accomplishing this?
