    Hi Jan
I have one more thing on my mind.
Would it be possible to include some extra windows for the support Qs?
    When you start new Q.
One should hold the name of the THEME and the other the URL of the site where the problem is questioned.
Most of the Q begins with NO THEME and THEIR URL name included and first Answer is a Q – asking the name of the THEME AND URL.
    So some help can begin.
Most people coming here are unexperienced and when there will be extra windows pre formatted , it can lead for better understanding and improving the consultation.
    Thanks for consideration
I hope it goes to the right hands
    BEST REGARDS

One should hold the name of the THEME and the other the URL of the site where the problem is questioned.

The name of the theme is already present at the top of threads correctly posted in the right support section for their theme.

The URL of websites posted about would be nice, as well as other information about the environments, but note that all of this information is available and recommended to people if they would read the forum welcome. But they don’t.

To reinforce the point that it’s not about misplacing this information, did you see this sentence before you made this thread: https://snag.gy/O4FfV.jpg ? Some people just don’t read it, nor the forum welcome.

We can try to get them to read, but it’s a lot easier to just ask for someone’s site if they haven’t posted it. And I’d say more effective.
