This would be great if I could select themes from admin for this plugin.

But no worries, eventually I got it somewhere at https://codecanyon.net/item/wp-easy-news-scroller/4063270

Because that one has several awesome effects and Many themes to match with my site layout.

I really loved that a LOT !
