• I recently paid for the premium plugin and was promised that any support tickets would be followed up as a high priority. When I ended up emailing an issue that I have uncovered I didn’t expect to receive a the kind of immediate support like I did. Not only did I get great responsiveness to my problem a solution was identified and moved with the new plugin update. When I discovered this issue I expected that a workaround would need to be used for months but the fix was found and implemented in one week!
