Frustrating Experience: No real support

  • The tool is ok, but if you have a problem, you are left out in the rain, there is nowhere to contact support. There is a really bad AI chatbot that is completely pointless.
    Of course, the sales team can be contacted, according to the motto: sell first, then forget about it

    That’s a big bummer, I’m very dissatisfied ??
