If you get the error
‘This field can be empty depending on user input.”
place in subject section of mail configuration in plugin setting
“[your-subject]”

If you get error
“the email doesn’t belong the same domain”
replace
[your-name] <[your-email]>
with
[your-name] <[email protected]>

I suggest to place in future a more clear advice in plugin configuration section so people can see more easily the reason and importance of latest update.
