    I have observed they have a standard reply system on support tickets. Whatever you write, you get the same message. (`Thank you for reaching out about this. I’m XXXXX from the customer success team and I’m happy to help with this.

    That’s something we can consider for future development, but not something the plugin allows for today. We’re definitely considering it for inclusion, but we don’t have a specific timeframe when it will be available at this time.

    I will add this to our feature request list for a future update. Thanks for bringing this to our attention!)

    Clearly, no one read my request.

    I asked for India ZIP availability 2.5 years back, and it’s not still available.

    Also, INR currency support for Paid listing is not available.

    I think they have no team member who can take up bug fixing or feature request incorporation.

    Don’t expect the same experience as Past feedback for this plugin. In the past, they might have had good Freelance Developers and support staff. But at present, it’s all sham.

    Thanks so much for the feedback. I’m disappointed to hear you have had a negative experience.

    Did you see we extended the currency options in the latest release? It now supports anything the payment process does since we added a custom currency option.

    As far as location support goes for the zip, that’s coming right away too.
