Worst support I ever seen

  • I have a problem with exit intent popup. Using this plugin gives me a console error.

    The only one solution support gives to me is to upgrade my license to the top. They do not try to resolve the problem and i should pay 150€ for this support?

    DO NOT USE IT!

    Hi Marco,

    Apologies for the back and forth, as mentioned in the emails sent at [email protected], we did check your website and the Exit Popup works fine.

    We also did check the console and as communicated via email it’s not due to Icegram. It is due to another plugin installed on your site.

    Also, you wanted to target popups based on country and that feature is available in Icegram Max so we suggested you to go in for it. But again, it’s entirely your decision.

    One more thing, We at Icegram have never asked any fees for supporting our plugin. Instead we try our best to resolve every client issue that comes our way which is related to our plugin.
