Great product, customer support glitches

  • Great plugin overall, but I was surprised to discover the license has to be renewed every year; otherwise you can’t receive updates. I don’t recall seeing that “fine print” when I purchased it so after a year my portfolio couldn’t be updated and I opted for another plug-in that provides lifetime licensing.
