• I downloaded and installed ups plugin about 3 weeks ago and from the beginning it didn’t work. I talked to plugin’s support team in my country (spain) and they told me to talk to my ups commercial representant. My ups commercial representant told me to talk to support team. And that’s all. Nobody did anything. plugin doesn’t work, plugin never worked and my case is been closed after doing nothing and without telling me that it was going to be closed. Totally disappointed of UPS as company and as human team absolutely useless.

    …is not a correct error description.

    Maybe it is also due to your WP configuration.

    Next time try to give correct arguments for a bad rating.

    Ok, I’ll try:
    Plugin is supposed to show diverse options of shipping rates in checkout page. It never showed anything. I just get a blank space. No error messages. Plugin is ok configured, WP is ok configured. Simply nothing is shown. I can’t give more arguments because even support team has no argument, except my client’s ups account may have a bad configuration. But the account is checked and it doesn’t have a bad configuration.
    Support team tells me to ask my ups commercial representant to change configuration in ups account. My ups commercial representant says configuration is ok and asks me to tell support team. I try them to talk each other (they work in the same company!!!) They don’t talk to each other, they blame each other, nobody does anything.
    Enough arguments now?
