Worst Support EVER!

  • The plugin works perfectly until you update WP, and their support staff flat out refuse to help even when you give them all the info they ask for.

  • Agree, when I use this plugins, my website (https://ruangguru.com/) became error. So I deleted this plugins and never use it again.

    BuddyPress is a free plugin like all other WordPress plugins in the WP Plugin Repository and plugin support is voluntary and is not a mandatory requirement. I do not believe that the BuddyPress folks would refuse to help anyone. Did you phrase your question politely with respect to the BuddyPress folks? Even paid products and services reserve the right to refuse service or support for various reasons. ??

    All plugins need some tweaks when a new version of WP comes up. That’s part of this business. The guys behind the support do their best
