Worst Support Ever

  • The plugin works fine as long as you want to host your podcast on your own website. However, if you want to use Castos to host your podcast, I recommend keeping your hands off the plugin and especially Castos.
    After uploading the first episodes, some problems were encountered with Elementor Pro formatting the show notes on Castos itself, but subsequently also on Spotify and Apple. Support promised to resolve the issues within a couple of days. Not only are the issues still there 3 weeks later, the support team (if there is one) is not responding to requests at all.
    Perhaps the problems only exist in conjunction with Elementor Pro. Maybe. In any case, you have a problem with support, because there doesn’t seem to be any. It was a big mistake to buy an annual subscription with Castos.`
