    I hope this finds you well and you’re enjoying the holiday season! I wanted to reach out to personally apologize for not being available when you urgently needed our assistance. I can imagine how frustrating that must have been for you.

    We have been running as a company for 5+ years and up until this year, we’ve always kept a small team. This means that it is possible that some queries that come in after our work hours tend to take a longer time to get a response, unlike the ones that do come in during our work hours. The good news is that we are currently developing video guides across all of our products to improve the usability of our products and in the nearest future, we’re looking to have a 24/7 support team.
