• What seemed like a routine task of simply refunding money. When I contacted Franco for my refund, he replied he would issue it immediately. To which, I patiently waited and after 10-15 days I followed up with him to let know that I still have not received my refund. He then told me that he was gonna contact the payment processor to see what was going but unfortunately since then I have not heard from him. As of today, I still have not received my refund and it has been 2 months since I requested a refund. This issue was caused from Users Ultra auto-renew function which I do not believe there is an option to opt out. Be sure if you are wanting the pro version that you’ll be committing for the long-haul.

    I have already requested the refund at the beginning of October. Why can’t you just refund me my money like I’ve asked?

    the refund shouldn’t be an issue. Sometimes, the refund might take a while to be processed.

    @usersultra I still have not received my refund. Nor do I believe you that you intend to process it either. There’s no reason why I haven’t received my refund other than what I stated above.

    I’m in the same boat than you, waiting for a refund since weeks. A refund should be so simple! I’m pretty sure we are a lot of customers in the same case, maybe we could start to see who is waiting for a refund and join our forces? Those methods shouldn’t be present in the WordPress community!
