What seemed like a routine task of simply refunding money. When I contacted Franco for my refund, he replied he would issue it immediately. To which, I patiently waited and after 10-15 days I followed up with him to let know that I still have not received my refund. He then told me that he was gonna contact the payment processor to see what was going but unfortunately since then I have not heard from him. As of today, I still have not received my refund and it has been 2 months since I requested a refund. This issue was caused from Users Ultra auto-renew function which I do not believe there is an option to opt out. Be sure if you are wanting the pro version that you’ll be committing for the long-haul.
