    This is a very alarming review. We don’t seem to see any tickets for you, either via our Help Desk or here on www.remarpro.com.

    Was this definitely about Uncanny Automator? If so, can you tell us more about what happened so that we can investigate further? You cite a very wide range of different issues and we would certainly appreciate the opportunity to understand what happened here.

    Yes, this is 100% Uncanny Automator. We event bought business package. Every site we’ve installed on suddenly wouldn’t work, hacker attacks and we couldn’t edit the site. When uninstalling uncanny, WOW suddenly everything worked fine.

    I won’t waste more time on this at all, so no further investigation needed.

    Hi @simongh ,

    In that case, could we ask how you traced things to Automator and not a conflict? Did our team provide feedback, and was a refund then issued? What you describe doesn’t sound like any ticket we’ve seen, and certainly if there is some type of issue we want to make sure it’s resolved–for you and for other users.
